Learning Process in Class 10S           After class observations, I saw the first individual observation in class 10S on October 4 with material on set operations taught by the teacher using the demonstration method where students were given a direct opportunity to come into contact with the material studied in front of the class through practice questions with the teacher first. demonstrate material and example questions to students. Then in the second group observation in the same class on October 5, I saw that the teacher who gave the weekly evaluation used a learning method with a games approach, the game played was called "Caro Tiep Suc" where this game gave a message to students about the importance of achieve something by working together and creating a strategy to achieve it. 2.2 LEARNING MATERIALS AND INNOVATION Figure 11. This is in accordance with the results of observations on October 4 2024 where the teacher taught Set Theory material in discussing Set operations including intersections and combinations. Then in the 3rd week meeting I continued the same material with further discussion regarding the difference of two sets and complementary of sets. Then at the second meeting in the third week I taught Trigonometric Ratio material in Lesson 1. Trigonometric values of angles from 0° to 180°. My third demo teaching discusses linear inequality in two variables and for the last demo teaching I discuss lesson 2. Law of Cosines and Law of Sines.  Based on the curriculum used, each material is taught for 40 minutes for a total of 54 periods . 3.2 TEACHING PLAN RELATED TO MY MAJOR   Figure 14.   4.1 PLANNING FOR TEACHING Figure 15. Students Play a Game           Through observation activities carried out both individually and in groups, I observed differences in learning planning when conducting individual observations and when conducting group observations. During individual observations because I was not given a lesson plan, but only given a PDF file for the material being taught, so I did not know for sure what scenario the teacher was planning. Likewise, when carrying out group observations, I did not receive the lesson plan that would be taught in class so that regarding the learning that took place I did not know the scenario planned by the teacher.            However, in terms of classroom learning, the teacher uses a guided discovery learning model. It can be seen when the teacher has opened the class then gives an apperception to the students and guides them to solve the problem then invites other...

Then, when everyone was ready, I stood facing the students and vice versa, then said "Good afternoon, Mr. Lan” I said “Good afternoon students”. Then the students will turn back to say hello to their friends from mathematics who accompany me in the teaching demonstration. After that I invited them to sit down and start learning. In order to create two-way communication, I always give warm up to students at the beginning of learning with the aim of recalling students' previous understanding and fostering an attitude of courage and responsibility towards the answers given. At the end of the meeting I will give prizes to students who have dared to try to complete the warm up and they are very happy about it.  ...
